Must be scheduled at time of purchase with your sales person, items need to be picked up within 7 days.
Indicate where you would like the item to be PRE-ASSEMBLE or not.
Chai S/B representative will call to informed once goods are READY to pick-up.
Present a copy of your purchase invoice when picking up item.
INSPECT your items prior to loading them into your vehicle and if there’s damage; to ask for EXCHANGE or SERVICING.
All order must be PAID in full prior to pick up.
[Payment paid by IBG / cheque must be seen & clear in our transaction prior pick up]
DAMAGE / DEFECTS
Must be notified within 24 hours from date of pick-up.
We ensure items picked up from our showroom or warehouse will be properly wrapped. Damages during the trip will be beared by customers.
After leaving our premises, the items will be at your risk.

LalaMove booking arrangement: Customer self arrangement / chai & chai staff delivery booking arrangement.

Booking Fees will be paid by customer.
